Proof of CE, audits and record keeping
- Renewal documentationSources differ
Renewal requires an affirmation that the 24 CE hours are complete, and the Board's December 1, 2025 renewal email directs applicants to upload their CE certificates and a Level One fingerprint clearance card. Official sources differ on the random CE audit: rule R4-15-303 says the Board may annually and randomly select a minimum of 10 percent of active licenses, the Board's continuing-education page says up to 10 percent, and the December 2025 email describes auditing 10 percent of approved renewal applications each week. Confirm the current audit process with the Board. No numeric retention period for licensees was identified.
- Reporting and proof of CESources differ
Arizona's renewal requirements cover CE affirmation and upload requirements. Official sources conflict between a minimum percentage of active licenses annually, up to that percentage, and a percentage of approved renewals weekly; only the random audit is shown here; the percentage, population, and cadence remain unresolved.
