A public ledger for what changed.

MassageData records source posture, corrections, and review-queue changes before expanding public claims. This first ledger is small by design: it documents the atlas spine and the pages added in the first build slice.

The ledger records public source-posture changes and correction decisions. It does not auto-publish high-risk regulatory, credentialing, software, or product claims.

02 - Findings queue

Agent-readiness without agent publishing.

The first slice creates the finding-record shape but does not build an autonomous CMS agent worker. Findings that affect high-risk claims or host boundaries require human review before public publication.
