Act 119 requires registration of nonexempt massage establishments beginning December 1, 2026. That future requirement was not yet in force on this guide's July 29 review date; defined solo-practitioner and other locations remain exempt.

Vermont requires an individual Office registration to offer massage or bodywork for consideration, but the current registration chapter does not impose education, examination, or experience prerequisites.

Current chapter 105 does not impose recurring CE hours for individual registration renewal.
